I came to urology outpatients and saw the urology registrar who was amazing and sent me straight for a ct scan and then to ward 22 for theatre that evening. The nursing staff on ward 22 were fantastic at all levels and both registrars and the consultant explained everything and I couldn't have asked for any better care. The anaesthetist and theatre staff made me feel relaxed before surgery and I really can't fault my whole experience. Thankyou so much it made me very proud of our nhs.
