"Whitehall surgery have been great "

About: Leeds PCT

(as the patient),

Whitehall surgery have been great during my pregnancy. My midwife Carol has been great and very reachable when I have needed her. The only thing I think they can improve on is their referrals to extra mental health teams. My name seemed to get lost in the systems and I had to keep pushing and pushing to get seen. I was very impressed by Leeds General Infirmary when they treated me for Obstetric Cholestasis. I have to go in every week for scans and the midwives there are great and very helpful. As are the staff at Whitehall Surgery!

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience.

I was really pleased to hear that the staff who treated you during your pregnancy, both at the hospital and your GP surgery, were helpful.

But I was sorry to hear that your referral to the mental health team got lost in the system.

I shall make sure your comments are passed to the Whitehall Surgery and the Leeds General Infirmary.
