"Totally dissatisfied with the nurse I saw"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Really felt that the nurse was patronising and defensive and rude and obstructive when I did not feel well and out of hours had sent me to a&e saying I shoukd be seen within the hour. They told me doctor would see me then came in and said doctor agreed they can see me. I wanted to be seen by a doctor and when you are not feeling well you do not want to come in and have a defensive nurse to deal with. I thought nurses are there to help patients
