"A&E and coronary care unit"

I went to A&E on 23rd december. I suffered a heart attack. I was so well looked after by the consultant in A&E and the team in Coronary Care unit for the next week. The british Heart nurse. The care i received they have gone over and above for me. thank you. The care and treatment from all the staff was brilliant. I had 2 stents put in at LGI on 24th December. the 3 ambulance Crew and the Coronary Care staff at LGI were also brilliant. Staff Nurse was outstanding. I was then tranferred back to dewsbury by 2 ambulance staff. I have nothing but praise for the Staff even the cleaners were brill. Although not the xmas i wanted. The service of all staff involved was Fantastic. I would just like to express a big thank you. You saved my life how can anyone ever repay that. Thank you so much *;0)
