"excellent service received"

I have been under the care of the Consultant of Trauma and Orthopaedics and my care was absolutely excellent, both pre-op (giving me all the information required) and post-op (informing me of all the progress made). Following the operation, I was cared for on Great Tey Ward by a most wonderful, caring, informative team, following all the way through to staff nurses, health care assistants, tea people - everyone made time for me and I am sure that any patient on that ward would feel the same. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the word “excellence” would cover my time within this hospital. Please ensure that whoever reads this, everyone involved gets to know of this email. Thank you.
