I visited A&E on Thursday evening (12th March) with a bad cut to a finger. I was greatly impressed with the service in all respects. I was seen quickly and my trauma handled efficiently. At all times I was kept informed of what was going on. The staff were extremely courteous, considerate and helpful throughout. Well done Royal Berks!
