Perfectly Professional. Just want to thank the Duty team in AnE last night in Romford for fantastic care of my mother, following a stroke. We were involved and explained the decision to administer Clot-blocker medication, and the Duty Doctor was fantastic with us and of course Mum. People are far too quick to complain - No one wants to be in these situations, but we felt informed, and were well updated thru the whole process, in which he was incredibly thorough. Thank you!!
