"Excellent service and Caring staff"

I have been treated for 3 separate issues, at the Woodthorpe, many because I was so pleased with the level of care I received on my first visit. The appointments are very prompt, the staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I am very nervous when it comes to hospitals & procedures but the nurses and consultants put me at ease. The Woodthorpe doesn’t feel like a hospital at all which made the whole experiences a lot better for me. I’m unsure why people have put negative comments as this hospital is by far better than the QMC or the City.
