"Visited A&E after falling and injuring my shoulder"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I found the receptionist very friendly and courteous. The triage nurse was very efficient. I saw a nurse practicioner who put me at ease and assured me I wasn't making a fuss about nothing. They were friendly and treated me with respect. After an xray to ensure that nothing was broken, they gave me advice and a sheet of exercises to help recovery. I felt that I had received excellent care.
