83 year old lady had fall. Dan and Niel from above came out. Were both so caring and very thorough on their checks on patient.

Took lady up to bathroom, cleaned her up and got her to bed. Then cleaned bathroom, stairlift and put soiled clothes in the washing machine! They were absolutely fantastic, couldn't have asked for better.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
