"Cardiology dept useless"

Despite 18 yrs of coming to this hospital as a private patient the care I've received lately has been non existent. As a cardiology patient with a debilitating condition this dept have been useless, uncaring, insensitive etc etc. Not answering emails, phonecalls....despite the fact I made a point if how ill I was. In the end I had to give up and go to another hospital. Don't even mention the pacemaker check I drove 1.5 hours to today despite being unwell only to be told through lack of communication between departments yet again that it couldn't be done. I'm truly disgusted. Wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone.
