"Wrekin community clinic"

Luckily I received a letter from the consultant, as did my Dr. Luckily I queried with him what he took it to mean and shock horror he said it was the right eye to which I replied that was what I thought it meant, so I told him it was the left eye that needed the ‘op’ the right one was done about 6 years ago at the PRH. Had letter apologising for mistake. Now had letters cancelling the op and taking place 12 days later "fingers X‘!
