"Amazing Hospital"

I just cannot praise this cottage hospital enough . Everything , just everything is brilliant . The care mum has been given by everyone is fantastic , they have listened to her and her family to work as a team to give mum every chance to succeed with her rehab . Her care plan is exactly what she requires . The hospital is very clean, food very appetising . Every member of staff is kind , considerate and very professional including the cleaners, receptionist to the physio , OT , Nurses, everyone . They really care and give their time to the family and to mum . Their manner is calm , reassuring and very considerate . The doctors explain everything in a kind , courteous, manner . We are amazed at how brilliant the whole team , the hospital is and we just couldn't ask for anything more . The whole positive atmosphere within the hospital is one of total care and calmness . Thank you everyone at Edenbridge Cottage Hospital - what a superb place .
