"Lack of Communication"

About: Three Towns Resource Centre / General Psychiatry

(as the patient),

Spoke to my CPN about no sleep for 4 months and possible change to meds. He said he would phone me the next day. One week later I dropped by the resource centre but he was rushing out the door to see someone.

Dear Campbell,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I’m sorry your Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) did not contact you about possible changes to your medication to help with your sleep problems and we would like to rectify that. Could you contact Eunice Goodwin and let her know your name and date of birth and I will look into this further for you. If you want to contact Eunice, you can call her on 01563 826222 or email eunice.goodwin@aapct.scot.nhs.uk. Alternatively you can call me, Sharon Hackney Clinical Operations Manager, direct on 01294 470010 with your details and we will look in to it.

Kind regards

Sharon Hackney (Clinical Operations Manager)
