"Rude doctor"

I was at the LGI hospital in Leeds on the morning of Monday the 9th of March. The first doctor who saw me, at around 7:20 am, was very rude with me. I never experienced something like that in my life. If you want to see a doctor is because at that moment you are not well and you hope to find someone who can help you, instead they were very rude with me for no reasons. All I asked was to receive a test, not the same day of course, but they replied in a rude way and with a very bad attitude: 'You won't have it', than the conversation continued and they raised their voice at me. I was very sad and disappointed.
