"Scan"

9 March I went today to RUH for chest scan they rang me at 9.30 approx to say come in as soon as possible for scan I did point out to the nurse on the phone that I had been in on Friday and had waited for 2 hours for my appointment and as I had a mini stroke 3 years ago I was to avoid stress. The nurse then said book in at 2PM and we will hope to scan at 2.30 I must say I have never been so relaxed they did the start at 2PM the scan was at 2.30 I waited for the result until about 3.15 we had coffee and sandwiches with other patients that were so friendly and nice .. all the staff were wonderful and so friendly that the thing I had been dreading turned out to be a real pleasure so I will sleep well tonight '. All the staff and doctors were wonderful and to beat it all my partner went in for hip replacement today and she rang me about 4 pm to say she has had the operation and was feeling good and would I go to see her tomorrow she was pleased with the way she was treated she said wonderful staff and so kind Wonderful NHS staff.
