"Thanks to everyone, I have no complaints at all"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Langdale Unit

(as the patient),

I was admitted on the 8th October Thursday to the Langdale Unit, ill and rather frightened. Everyone involved my care treated me with kindness so that my worries faded and I felt completely safe. I will never worry about coming into hospital and especially the Langdale again. I thank everyone for all there kindness, care and attention and most of all for there unfailing sense of humour, which plays a large part in helping patients feel good. Thanks to everyone, I have no complaints at all.

I was very pleased to read that everyone treated you with kindness and that you felt safe as a result. I was also very pleased that staff were able to make your experience a pleasant one because of their use of humour. I certainly agree with you - appropriate use of humour does help.
