From the moment my husband was taken into a&e at the hospital I felt reassured by the professional way he was both spoken to and treated.there was a level of compassion I had not experienced in a hospital before. Each department including e xray and onto the ward was of the same high standard. I have had some poor experiences with hospitals in the past and was dreading bringing him into the Mri. I need not have worried. My husband continues to be poorly but I felt that a&e departments especially tend to be so busy that they lose their compassion and people skills-not so at theMRI
"first class respect compassion and care on a&e."
