About: Southampton General Hospital

While our son's consultant care was reasonable, their care and attention on the ward was inadequate and upsetting. Our list of issues are endless from our arrival to departure, the situation did not improve even upon complaint. In fact the staff made us feel even more unwelcome than before. When your child is so young and poorly, surely the same care should be administered to all. Our son will probably have to revisit the ward at some point, a moment we are not looking forward to.
