According to your own published information on the website, patients are given a survey to complete to see if they are likely to recommend the hospital to friends and family. Why was this form not handed to my husband before he was discharged from Iris Ward?

Every patient should have the opportunity to complete the Friends and Family Test, and I’m sorry you didn’t get a chance to do so.
