(as the patient),

I went to the doctors with a bad shoulder. He said he would refer me for physio. Three hours after seeing the doctor I was called and offered an appointment for three days later.

I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I was given exercises to do at home and an appointment to return three weeks later. The physio was very good, explained well.
