"I wanted to thank the ambulance crew"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

I wanted to thank the ambulance crew who attended when there was sudden, unexpected death in the family. Darren Griffith, Stephen Lerway and Matthew Althan took care of shocked and distressed family members – thank you for the care you showed.

Dear Owl177

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, especially at what must be a difficult time for you and your family.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients, and those around them, when they need us most.

I will pass your thanks onto the crew who attended, and ensure they are recognised for the care they gave.

Thank you again for providing feedback on our service.

Kind regards

Laura
