(as the patient),

I had some minor day surgery to remove a mole on my face, with Mr Stephens and other member of the team. Everyone was excellent before and after the operation, and I was allowed to leave just 3. 5 hours after arriving at the hospital despite general anaesthetic.

I was made to feel comfortable at every stage, and don't think that the surgeon, anaesthetist or nurses could have done anything better; all very happy, efficient and highly skilled.
