"Cataract operation nurses were angels"

About: Furness General Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I had a cataract removed to- day and the nursing and care I received was way beyond my imagination, the nursing staff were professional and caring in every way possible to me and five other patients, they made us all feel calm and relaxed and were so friendly to us all, the nurses were angels nothing was too much for them, the treatment we received was five star.

I would like to thank the nursing staff on level 5 day care unit for everything they did. I would also like to thank the nurse who held my hand throughout the operation and the surgeon who spoke to me as he operated and reassured me throughout my operation.

After years of living in darkness with my eyesight the world now is so much brighter and colourful, god bless you all for what you have done for me, you’re my angels,

Kind regards.
