I went the the Gynecology foe some test after having some menstural problems, I got the QMC free bus from Queens Drive park and ride which dropped me outside the treatment centre.
Upto the second floor for my department, receptionist very friendly and chatty, took my letter and asked me to take a seat.
I was called at15.30, 15 minutes before my appointment time (15.45), seen by my consultant and a student doctor, my consultant asked if it was ok if the student took my history which I was happy with, he left the room and left us to it.
He came back after she took my history and referred me for an internal ultrasound, this was quick and efficent and I was out of the treatment centre by 5pm.
Even though the ultrasound was inconclusive, it was a good visit and I would be happy to return there again if need be
