Attended with my daughter today and had a further query regarding here next referal, attempts to call the number provided at the end of the appointment (which is also apparently an emergency number!) just rang continually with no response. Calls to switchboard appear to be delibaretly not answered so you have to leave a message though it refers you to the messaging options for cancellations. Altogether made 8 calls to 3 numbers and get nowhere. Have therefore marked scores for stff co-operation, dignity and respect and involvement in decisions to 1 star as you are clearly failing to fulfil these requirements for patients once they are off site
