Went in yesterday for an op on my arm, the reception staff are really friendly and respect confidentiality. The consultant and doctors came to see me before and after. My nurse was extremely helpful, I was concerned about my finger and within ten mins a doctor came to see me and when I had sickness they sorted it straight away. Would highly recommend Highfield Thank- you
