About: Worthing Hospital

very unhelpful regarding appointments. I had already explained that I could not travel to southlands hospital, some months earlier and the member of staff on the phone was very helpful. I then had a letter saying I had an appointment at southlands on the 12th feb 2015 at 0900. Not reading it fully (my fault) I did not see southlands. I phoned and asked for another appointment in Worthing hospital, it was like I'd asked for the impossible. Get some staff that have had some training in dealing with public. Now I don't have any appointment to see anyone.....thanks for your help.............
