My friend received excellent care in Barnsley DGH coronary care unit. However, I feel that the clinician who treated him at Northern General Hospital knew at the beginning of December 08 that he needed a new aortic valve but his first appointment was only to be in April 09; two weeks after he died. Furthermore, the NHS have not checked to whom they were sending this distressing enquiry to.
"Appointment was too late"
