"Not helpful at all"

I travelled to Pindersfield hospital on Tuesday afternoon from Cambridge to try and find my boyfriend who was in a really bad car crash. No one was willing to help me as I only had his name I told them it happened in the early hour of the morning gave them details and no one was willing to help. I still haven't found out where he is or how is as his phone is off. I travelled for 4 hours for nothing as you can imagine i wasn't very happy and upset that I couldn't see or find him.
