• Significant delay to the actual appointment time on both times; i.e. running late • A feeling of being rushed out of the appointment • No medical notes being retained during meetings, leading to us repeating who we were, what the problems were and so on at each meeting • The Dr. taking multiple phone calls (in particular during the second consultatation) with us in the room and discussing at length other patients treatment – a lady having an operation. Our appointment was not lengthened as a result • I’d also note that your Blackheath hospital is fairly run-down with boarded up buildings nearby, no easy pram access for a car park under construction and fairly dirty environment. You show a different address to the one where we were sent (Independence Road) which is pretty nasty.
