"Waiting times"

Although minor injuries unit is listed as opening at 10am, I wished I had known that you could arrive earlier than that and put your name on the waiting list before the reception opens. I took my 6 year old son today. We arrived promptly at 10am only to find a full waiting room and list of some 25 names in front of ours. We ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. If I had known, I could have taken him much earlier and got on the waiting list sooner. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and the nurse we finally saw was very nice.
