"Staff are wonderful"

I saw a great member of staff at the Dermatology department. Very polite, open and honest. They kept their cool whilst being challenged about waiting times. This person is great and has been every time I have been here. They look after their team well, from what I have seen will put their needs before their own. A great asset to the team. Thank you for looking after me so very well.
