"first class service - audiology dept 2nd March..."

Attended with elderly mother who had hearing aid fitted following first appt few weeks ago. Frankly this service could not have been better. The whole process from referral by St Clements to the hospital was very quick. From the minute we attended the hospital on the two occasions we were asked whether we were ok and staff checked we knew where we were going - literally when we came in from Queens Road entrance. This demonstrated a real atmosphere of great customer care from all staff. The booking in service via the self referral machine was great. My mother was treated with dignity throughout. Both visits were conducted by pleasant, highly trained professionals who were patient and took the time to explain the service. I can not praise them enough. Please do not take these wonderful services away from us nor the hospital itself.
