I want to praise the wonderful care I received this week at Heartlands Hospital's Day Surgery unit, where my gall bladder was removed.

Every member of staff was caring, introduced themselves, looked after me well, and kept me informed. The surgeon Mr Super did a fantastic job and the pain control afterward was excellent.

I am writing this the day after and I have only the mildest of discomfort. Thank you to all of the team.
