"We were treated like human beings"

We were met by friendly reception staff at the QMC and there was plenty of water available or cafe drinks if preferred. The building was clean, well lit and air conditioned. We found where we needed easily by using signs around the building. Michael was weighed and measured and the waiting area had plenty of magazines to read. Professor Chris Hawkey was a really nice man and treated us like human beings. He answered any concerns and was thorough when looking at results and the next step to take. We were shown out by friendly staff and received excellent service.
