"sincere, caring and kind staff"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

I have just been released after a week as an informal patient in ward 2 of the storey building and the staff were nothing but consistently patient and caring and always ready with a smile even when there was clearly a lot going on. Activities were arranged to break up the day and when some staff noticed my interest in painting they were very encouraging and offering more help when they could. I didn't feel pressured to leave as quickly as possible and felt genuinely cared for, respected and safe and can't thank them enough for helping to set me on the road to recovery.

Dear Lora, my name is Jane and I am the Trust Patient Experience Lead for Wandsworth. Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback on the service and support you received while you were an inpatient on Ward Two. It's very pleasijng to hear about your positive experience and I will make sure that your thoughts are passed onto the staff on the ward.

I would like to wish you well in your recovery journey.
