Carn y cefn mental health ward is a wonderful place. All the nurses are particularly thoughtful and kind. Must be difficult when they earn so little. They have time for you and help you eat and get back on good terms with your kids. They encourage friendship and show you there are still nice people in the world and not everyone is an abuser. They tell lots of jokes and lots of them like dogs.
