The care and attention from doctors and nurses alike at the Northern General was second to none. Due to a dog bite and facial wound I required plastic surgery. In an extremely busy environment I was treated with respect and care. The surgical staff tried extremely hard to put me at ease, as it was my first time under general anaesthetic. Overall, if it wasn’t for the other patients making a nuisance of themselves it would have been an excellent experience from a trauma. I would suggest that they change the food. Thank to anyone who helped me.
