I would like to thank all the staff my mother has visited throughout the last several months, being admitted to have her gallbladder removed, in addition to having a biopsy on a possible cancerous growth. For the only words my mother to state about the visit and procedures to be 'what lovely staff', and further words of reassurance that the nurses, doctors and specialists she has seen rather than any mention of pain or uncomfortable sensation, or as is more common nowadays, a complaint of some nature, something must have been done right. I would like to thank all the staff there who took care of my elderly mother in my absence. I wish I could provide further information on specific staff, however I cannot. So truly thank you
"On behalf of another patient"
