I have always found, over the last 30 years that, from the receptionist to the consultants, the service to be friendly, welcoming and professional. On the occasions I have had to wait it is because the previous patients required more time or needed it. I have found that patient care has always be paramount. So my thanks to all the staff. Also thanks to whom ever you will, to the people of Romsey who donated so much time and money, right from the beginning through to the current day, in keeping this facility open. I am sure both those who work there and those, who unfortunately like myself who have to use it, enjoy the benefit and ambiance of a Local Hospital instead of having to trek into Southampton. I was however surprised to see (from the survey report - as published) that only 76% of staff would recommend treatment there? and that there are 7,706 staff working there - and there is talk of understaffing in the NH?
