"NHS Full Hip Replacement"

I can only say that I was 100% happy with all the services I received during my stay at Springfield. This included everyone from Reception to Surgeon. The care was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained and any questions I had were answered straight away. The Consultant was absolutely lovely, explained all and very reassuring, being very nervous about the whole thing this really helped. I was most impressed by the Consultant, his Anaesthetist, the lady from post recovery all came to see me in the evening after my operation to see how I was. After care was excellent, thank you to the physio in particular for all your patience and advice during and after my stay. Should I have to have a second hip replacement I will definitely request Springfield.
