"Staff care"

About: King's Mill Hospital

On the 28th February at 5-6:30pm ish, a girl came around Ward 32 at King Mill Hospital asking patients '' hot drink '' no smile no good evening, there was no politeness no caring nature from this person nothing what so ever! It was very obvious that she didn't want to be there. Then 30 minutes passed and she came again her words to the patients '' finished '' no smile again! Then when she came to my relative who was just taking a minute before finishing his desert she picked said desert up without asking if he had finished first amd went to walk away, now if i hadn't of said '' he has not finished with that just yet '' she would of taken it away and yet again he would of gone without, now after loosing 2.5 stone in 2 months and being diabetic my relatives food intake etc is highly important! With the tuts and huffs given from the staff member it infuriates me to think that each day my relative will have to look and listen to that staff members attitude! It's bad enough that he and most patients don't want to be there anyway but to then be made to feel like a hindrance on top of it, to me is disgusting!
