"Excellent level of care"

I have visited your urgent care centre on Saturday afternoon. I have found the receptionist very efficient and friendly. There was no waiting time at all, my consultant greeted my once I submitted my details at the reception. The consultant was extremely friendly and professional, he has asked me many questions and he took his time to check what was the cause of my infection. He offered so much support, provided me with a very valid solutions and answered all of my questions. He thanked me for my visit and he told me how important it was that I came to see him instead of waiting until Monday to see my private consultant. (by Monday my condition would have become much worst if untreated by antibiotics) I feel much better today because of him and the antibiotics which he has recommended and my pain has nearly vanished.
