Delivering sad and difficult news to anyone is a challenging task. Delivering this type of news as part of your job on a daily basis is both challenging nd a gift if you get it right. My lovely nurse was truly incredible. She was professional, sensitive, caring and compassionate and informed. She allowed me time to sit with what she told me and just acknowledged the pain I was feeling. I will never forget how amazing she was. The nurse who sat me down in a side room, before and after was a little gem. She was professional, caring and gave me time. Another nurse who I met a few days later when I had another scan and again she completes this team with her professionalism and caring attitude. You ladies do an amazing job and it can't be easy. Thank you for caring for me at a very sad moment..
