The only anxious moments I had was finding the Hospital and somewhere to park, but after I entered the hospital and checked in everything from then on was professional and caring. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. It's only when things go wrong that people make it a point to file a report. I am a firm believer that it is a two way street. If the staff get the praise they deserve for the hard work that they do which at times is the against odds, I am sure it would improve moral and in turn raise standards.
