"long waiting time"

About: Bridgwater Community Hospital

Waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen by minor injury unit. Not busy at all, 1 hour passed with no one getting called. When I looked through doors 2 people were having a cup of tea. No signage to say there was a wait! Once seen, at 10pm was not told anything I didnt already know. Useless
