About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I attended the Endoscopy Unit in February 2015 for a Colonoscopy.

I was treated with excellent care and attention by all Staff whom I encountered.

They were caring, respectful and eager to reassure me at all stages of the procedure. In particular I should like to thank Professor Brown and Screening Nurse Hilary Downing for their expertise and reassurance.

Thank you for making a very anxious patient feel relaxed and reassured.
