Following a recent health scare I have been very pleased with the speed at which I have been given GP consultation, blood samples and hospital appointment. At B. Gen. I was treated sympathetically by the nursing staff with all the procedures explained clearly. The medical staff were thorough but reassuring and efficient. I was treated as a patient not just as a clinical case.
