Was referred after calling 111 about a pain in my eye that had lasted 24 hours. Got in very quickly even though 111 had made mistakes about the booking. The doctor was quite sharp with me and repeatedly kept asking me why I had come to see him, pain and a recommendation and booking from 111 it seems was not enough, as he frequently reminded me that 111 are not medically trained. Even though it was a nurse practitioner I had spoken to. Told me I had no bruise where I blatantly had and basically made me feel like I was wasting his time, with sighs, shakes of his head and a generally angry demeanor.
